PPR Concealed Valve product features：

PPR Concealed Valve installation and use instructions and precautions：
1. Before the valve installation, it is necessary to confirm that the valve meets the design requirements and relevant requirements, and check whether the impurities such as sediment in the pipeline are removed, so as to avoid the sealing surface between the PPR valve body and the gate due to debris jams, affecting the sealing effect;
2. Connect both ends of the PP-R shell of the PP-R valve with the PP-R pipe through the hot melt socket, and install it in any direction during installation;
3. After installation, water test and pressure test must be installed; When opening or closing the valve, the handle should be manually rotated, and the lever or other tools should not be used to avoid the switch damage due to excessive force;
4. During the renovation period or the completion of the renovation but did not check in, and during the period of going out without living, please close the water inlet valve in your home in time to avoid damage to the product when the pipeline pressure is abnormal;
5. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0C, insulation measures should be added to the pipeline system to prevent the water inside the pipeline from freezing and expanding, resulting in damage to the pipeline and accessories.
6. Due to the precision of the spool structure, non-trained personnel are prohibited from disassembling the spool. When tiling, only the handwheel needs to be removed to complete the tiling.
