1. Pay attention to the determination of the overall usage coefficient C (ie, safety factor) of the pipeline:
In general occasions, and the temperature is continuously used for a long time <70℃, C=1.25 is optional; in important occasions, and the temperature is ≥70℃ continuously for a long time, and it is possible to operate at a higher temperature for a long time, C=1.5 is optional;
2. For cold water (≤40℃) system, select P.N1.0~1.6MPa pipes and fittings;
Use ≥PN2.0MPa pipes and fittings for hot water systems.
3. After considering the above three principles, the SDR of pipe fittings should not be greater than the SDR of pipes, that is, the wall thickness of pipe fittings should not be less than the wall thickness of pipes of the same specification.
