1, installation: the bushing in the factory has been coated with lubricating oil, can be directly installed and used. When installing, first screw three bolts into the screw hole of the flange of the pipe fitting, evenly distribute along the circumference, and open the inner sleeve and outer coat. Then put the shirt cover into the design position of the hub hole, use the force measuring plate hand to tighten the bolts, tightening method is each bolt each time only to 1/4 of the rated torque, tightening order to open the gap as the boundary, left and right cross symmetric tightening successively, to ensure that the rated torque value.

2, disassembly: disassembly will first loosen all the bolts a few rings. Then screw the bolt top loose bushing in the removed screw hole.

3, protection: prevent bushing pollution during installation. In the open work or poor working environment of the machine, should be regularly exposed bushing end face and bolts on the anti-rust grease, should choose a better anti-rust bushing type
